Day 1 Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (L,D)

8 am, Hanoi Travel Vietnam guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh (to be advised when confirm booking), and leave busy Ho Chi Minh City for My Tho. Take a boat ride along the Mekong River; view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise Island and have lunch in the orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, keep cruising under the shadow of the water coconut trees. Visit a family business in the rural areas. Enjoy a rowing boat ride along the creeks. After walking through the fruit garden, proceed to Can Tho via Vinh Long to visit the snake market. Check into the hotel on arrival. Have dinner on your account. Stay overnight at your chosen hotel in Can Tho. (A home stay can be arranged on request).

Day 2 Can Tho – Cai Rang floating market – Chau Doc – Tra Su Sanctuary (B,L,D)

After having breakfast at your hotel, you will go on a boat trip to discover the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River so-called Bassac River, and then visit the Cai Rang floating market, which are one of the busiest in the region. You will probably have tried Vietnamese vermicelli soup, so now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and talk with the local people.

Learn how to cross a “monkey bridge” which is built from a single bamboo. Have lunch at the local restaurant. Proceed to Chau Doc, and take the boat trip through the floating village and visit the fish farm to see how the Mekong Delta people raise fish from their floating houses. Visit the Cham minority in their traditional weaving village, summit of the Sam Mountain; capture the beautiful landscape around the Vietnam-Cambodia border, and visit the carved pagoda. Continue our visit to Tra Su, the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest ,watching storks ,cranes and other tropical birds, and return to the town center. Have dinner on you. Overnight stay at your proposed hotel in Chau Doc
Day 3 Chau Doc – Phnom Penh (B)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to the speed boat for the journey to Phnom Penh. Arrive at Sisowath dock in Phnom Penh at around 1:30 pm. End services on arrival.
